Replacement Timing

• Replacements arrive in 7–10 days.
  
• We dispatch replacements within 1–2 working days after confirming the issue.
  

How to Start

Email support@passtheparcel.com with your order number and a short note.

If it’s damaged/wrong, attach a photo or quick video.

Faulty or Not as Described

• Send a photo/video.
  
• Choose replacement (7–10 days) or full refund.
  
• For low-value items we usually don’t require a return. If we do, we’ll send a prepaid label.
  

Change of Mind (30 Days)

• Return for a refund of the item price.
  
• You cover return postage.
  
• We confirm the return address and refund on receipt.
  

Delayed or Lost

• If tracking is stuck 7–14 days or it’s been ~1 month since dispatch, we’ll investigate.
  
• Your choice: reship now (7–10 days) — if both arrive, please return one — or refund after confirmation.
  

Marked “Delivered” but Missing

1. Check household/neighbours/building office.
   
2. Wait 2–3 days (mis-scans happen).
   
3. Still missing? We’ll raise a claim. If theft’s likely, we may request a police crime reference to authorise reship/refund.
   

Parcel Damaged (Outer)

• Send a photo of the packaging (and item).
  
• If the item’s fine: small goodwill or replacement (7–10 days).
  
• If the item’s damaged: see Faulty above.
  

Sizing/Measurements Off

• Send a photo with measurements.
  
• Our listing wrong: free label + reship right size (7–10 days) or refund.
  
• Wrong size ordered: exchange/refund available; you cover return postage.
  

Refunds

• Issued to the original payment method within 1–3 working days after agreement.
  
• Banks/PayPal typically show funds in 3–5 working days.

Will it work with my switches/keycaps?

Yes! Cherry MX-compatible (linear/tactile/clicky). If it fits an MX stem, you’re set.

Can I swap the cap/switch later?

Yep! Hot-swap friendly. Pull, pop, personalise. (Tiny how-to included.)

Size & weight?

~20×20×12 mm, ~7 g (+ ring/clip). Pocket size.

What’s the clear bit—will it scratch?

Acrylic/PC. Everyday durable, treat like a phone case: avoid grit, wipe soft.

How clicky/noisy is it?

Clicky = loud, linear/tactile = softer. We note feel on each variant.

Is it a good fidget?

Yes! pocket reset for commutes, queues, and “my boss just text me” moments.

Does it light up?

LED glows on press, or choose no-LED for stealth. Pick in the selector.

Can I use the cap on my keyboard?

On most versions, yes. Standard MX cap. Pop it off, try it, pop it back!

Hardware okay for daily carry?

Yes! Metal ring + lobster clasp. Built for keys/bags.

How’s the packaging?

Gift-ready box, cute insert, UK dispatch. It arrives looking like a treat.
